is a new start-up curated by 29-year old real estate development firm, Urban Equities, Inc. www.uequities.com This brand will offer test kitchen space and  cutting-edge shared commercial kitchen incubation facilities. The fully licensed shared kitchens will be rented on an as-needed basis to food entrepreneurs, including both culinary and pastry chefs, seeking to build & grow their businesses.  

Soul City Kitchens will create a hub that connects food entrepreneurs in Bronzeville and around the world.  Offerings will include shared and private commercial kitchen space, cold/dry/freezer storage, loading/receiving docks, food truck capabilities, event space (reserved for chefs) , collaboration with other chefs and caterers, and a robust community of food entrepreneurs.  As a new neighbor, Soul City Kitchens looks forward to collaborating with local stakeholders.
